The Isle of Man is best known around the world for its prestigious TT Races. The heritage of the TT ensures that participating in the event is seen as one of the pinnacles of achievement in motorcycle racing. It makes legends of the riders, their machines, ANd anyone who has ever taken on the challenge of the iconic 37.75 mile Mountain Course.
These riders and machines have not only become well-known within the Island’s own community, but also around the world. Wherever you are in the world, the Isle of Man is often recognised as the home of the TT Races, as much as the skill and bravery of the riders, and the resilience and speed of their machines.
For our major fundraising endeavour in 2025, we have been inspired by our Island’s TT heritage and status within motorcycle racing. We have secured an arrangement with a world-class designer and manufacturer of visual displays to create full-sized, to-scale fibreglass models of racing bikes.
In putting our Wheelie Good Cause into action, we have been extremely grateful to be supported by the Isle of Man TT & Motorsport Team within the Department for Enterprise who are helping us showcase the bikes, and are kindly allowing use of the TT Mercury Club venue for during the 2025 TT Festival.
